Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

• We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• In order to cancel, inform us of late arrival, or reschedule your massage appointment, please feel free to contact us at any time.
• If you fail to provide us with a 24-hour notice, then it may result in a cancellation fee.

Late Arrival:

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your scheduled appointment.
• In such cases, please inform us of your late arrival as soon as possible. However, please note that arriving late may result in a shortened session.
• The full session fee will still apply, as our therapists’ time is reserved exclusively for you.

Refunds:

• We do not provide refunds for completed massage sessions.
• If you need to cancel an appointment with at least 24-hour notice, we can provide a refund of the prepaid amount or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

Missed Appointments (No-Show):

• Any missed appointment for massage services without prior notice is considered a no-show.
• No-shows (missed appointments) will still be charged the full fee.

Exceptional Circumstances:

• Cancellation of appointments is possible in the event of unexpected circumstances. For instance, a sudden illness or any other kind of emergency.
